  • 1/2 cup oatmeal (45 g)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (25 g)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)

preparation

  • Mix all ingredients well and then apply to the affected skin areas.
  • Leave this mask on for 30 minutes to relieve acne.
  • Then rinse with plenty of water.
  • Repeat this treatment twice a week.

    2. Skin spots

    Skin spots are a cosmetic problem that is often triggered by  sun exposure and normal skin aging. 

    We have a home remedy for you that you can use to improve the complexion of your skin. The stains won’t go away entirely, but you can at least make them lighter.

    ingredients

    • 1/2 cup yogurt (100 g)
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
    • 1 egg

    preparation

    • Mix all ingredients well and then apply to face with a brush. Use it on the skin spots in particular. 
    • After 20 minutes of action, you can wash your skin with plenty of water.
    • It is important to only use this treatment in the evening, when you no longer have to go out. Because when exposed to the sun, lemon can have opposite effects and lead to skin spots! 

      3. Melasma

      • 2 tablespoons milk powder (30 g)
      • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (30 ml)
      • 4 tablespoons of honey (100 g)
      • 1 natural yogurt

      preparation

      • Mix all ingredients except the yogurt and apply to the previously cleansed face, especially the overpigmented areas.
      • Rinse off with plenty of warm water after 20 minutes.
      • Then apply the yoghurt to the skin with a brush, let it work for 15 minutes and then rinse off.

      4. Scars

      You may not be able to completely remove scars, but you can at least improve the complexion. This home remedy can help you prevent keloid.

      ingredients

      • 1 cup of honey (335 g)
      • 1/2 cup of oats (45 g)
      • 4 tablespoons of aloe crystals (60 g)

      preparation

      • Mix all ingredients well and massage onto the scars after the shower.
      • Let it work for two hours and then rinse with water. Repeat this treatment daily to improve the complexion of your skin!
