  • You can easily make them yourself or buy them. You can refine the taste with cocoa, cinnamon, banana or vanilla. 

A full breakfast

The best moment of the day for oatmeal is breakfast. Here we recommend various alternatives:

  • Prepare yourself a delicious porridge made from oatmeal! Briefly boil the grain in water, add cinnamon and a pinch of ginger and you have a nutritious breakfast for cold days.
  • A shake with oat flakes, banana, cocoa and nuts tastes delicious  and is very complete.
  • Our suggestion for a healthy breakfast that is very filling: Mix 2 tablespoons of ground oatmeal with natural yogurt, seeds, lemon juice, a handful of dried fruits and a spoon of honey. You can also add fresh fruit.

    Oats for dinner

    Since oats have a relaxing effect, a small amount can also be eaten with dinner:  this can prevent insomnia and improve the quality of sleep. 

    • The best option is a vegetable soup with a handful of oatmeal per person. It is best to avoid dairy products or potatoes, the oat flakes make the soup creamy.

    Mask for sensitive skin

    Anyone who suffers from sensitive skin that is quickly irritated  can also benefit from the advantages of oat flakes: These protect the skin and make it supple.

    • Simply boil a tablespoon of oatmeal in a glass of water for 10 minutes. Then let it cool down a bit and mix into a cream. This mask is then applied to the face.
