    • 1 medium eggplant (if possible from organic farming)
    • Juice 1 lemon
    • 1 L of water
    • 1 large mug

    preparation

    • Wash the eggplant. To get rid of the toxins and pesticides, you can wash the vegetables in a bowl of water with a little apple cider vinegar and baking soda.
    • Then cut them into 1 cm thick slices. The skin is not removed.
