Exercises Against Fat On The Back

Exercises with weights can strengthen muscle mass and get the metabolism going. Fat can also be broken down in this way. It is not necessary to lift heavy weights, you can start with little and gradually increase the weight a little.

Exercise 1

Lie on your prone position on a mat with your arms stretched backwards. Lift your torso up without taking your feet off the floor. Then back to the starting position. Perform two series of 10 repetitions each.

In the same position, but with your hands on your neck, lift your torso and then bring it back to the starting position. Perform two series of 15 repetitions each.

Exercise 3

The same exercise as before, but now the back is not bent upwards, but alternately on both sides. The lower part of the body always remains in a straight position. Perform two series of 15 repetitions each.

Exercise 4

Kneel on all fours, relax your back, and bend up as much as possible like a cat and then down as far as possible, as if you wanted to touch the ground with your stomach. Move up and down five times and then relax.

When swimming, the back muscles are trained and relaxed at the same time. This sport is perfect for working off the fat on your back and strengthening your muscles.

Weight training

Weight training is also highly recommended. This strengthens the muscles and at the same time activates the metabolism and consequently reduces fat. Simply do different exercises every day with suitable weights.

Cardio training increases the heart rhythm and burns fat. Cardio exercises can be performed daily at home, outdoors or in the gym,  such as running, jumping rope, cycling.

The body learns to burn fat even when you are resting and even while you sleep.

Abs workout

Although these exercises mainly focus on the abdominal muscles, they can also help strengthen and break down the love handles on the back. Exercises that work the oblique abdominal muscles are particularly advisable. 

Tips for better results

  • The desired goals can only be achieved with a lot of discipline and perseverance. The back area in particular requires a regular routine and perseverance.
  • Do not forget a balanced diet and avoid bad fats, fried foods, sausage products, sugar, etc. as much as possible. We recommend lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, green tea, plenty of water, high-fiber foods and proteins.
  • Back massages are also excellent to support the training.
