Which ingredients are needed?

  • 400 g natural yogurt
  • 125 g white mushrooms or other mushrooms
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the pasta

  • 1 pack of your favorite pasta
  • 1 pinch of salt

First step

  • Cut the vegetables and the onion and garlic cloves into small cubes.

Second step

  • In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over low heat for about a minute.

Third step
