  • 10 frankfurters (around 500 g)
  • 10 wooden sticks for the skewers
  • 2 cups of wheat flour (240 g)
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup of milk (125 ml)
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil (60 ml)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp baker’s yeast (15 g)

  1. Skewer the sausages one at a time, then set them aside.
  2. Now prepare the tempura dough. For this you need the following ingredients: the wheat flour, the egg, the baker’s yeast and the milk.

  • 1 cup of cornmeal (120 g)
  • 10 wooden sticks for the skewers
