We all have eggs in the household. Not only are they delicious and versatile, they also contain a lot of protein and are inexpensive. You can also combine stuffed eggs with many different ingredients.

Stuffed eggs are ideal as starters, appetizers or a sociable dinner. With just a few ingredients, we can make delicious stuffed eggs, either hot or cold.

They are a great, healthy alternative that will meet many people’s nutritional needs.

1. Stuffed eggs with tuna and fried tomatoes

Boiled eggs

ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cans of tuna (in oil or water)
  • 3 spoons of tomato sauce (45 ml)
  • 2 spoons of stone-free olives (30 gr)
  • 3 spoons of grilled peppers (45 gr)
  • Salt and pepper (according to taste)

For the mayonnaise

  • 1 egg
  • 2 spoons of lemon juice (30 ml)
  • 1 cup of sunflower oil (250 ml)
  • salt
  • chopped garlic

preparation

  1. First, boil the eggs in a pot of water for 10 minutes. Then, put cold water on them to peel them off.
  2. Put an egg, half a cup of oil, a squeeze of lemon juice, and salt in the blender.
  3. Now start to mix the ingredients and slowly add the rest of the oil until the emulsion forms. Then keep the mayonnaise in the refrigerator.
  4. Then cut the peeled eggs in half. Take out the yolks and save them.
  5. Then place the tuna, tomato sauce, egg yolks and olives in a bowl and beat them until the ingredients mix evenly. Then season with a little salt and pepper.
  6. Then we fill the egg whites halfway with the mixture.
  7. Now we bathe the eggs with our mayonnaise, to which we can add a little chopped garlic.
  8. Finally, we garnish it with a little paprika and finely chopped olives.

2. Baked stuffed eggs with ham

ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g sliced ​​ham
  • 1 spoonful of mustard (15 ml)
  • 1 spoonful of mayonnaise (15 ml)
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese (100 g)
  • 1 cup stoneless olives (50 g)
  • vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper

preparation

  1. Put a splash of vinegar in a saucepan of boiling water and cook the eggs in it for 12 minutes. By the way, the vinegar should make peeling easier.
  2. For the filling: First mix the boiled egg yolks, the mayonnaise, the mustard and the finely sliced ​​ham.
  3. Mix the ingredients until the filling is even and then season with a little salt and pepper.
  4. Fill the eggs with the mixture and then cover them with the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Then bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes until the cheese melts. Be careful not to burn it!
  6. Garnish the filled eggs with olives and serve them to your guests or your family.

3. Stuffed eggs with vegetables and bechamel sauce

ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 eggplant
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 2 glasses of bechamel sauce (400 ml)
  • 1/2 cup of grated cheese (about 50 g)
  • 3 spoons of olive oil (45 ml)
  • salt
  • pepper

preparation

  1. First we preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
  2. Then we cut the onion, eggplant and pepper into small pieces.
  3. We fry the onions and peppers in a pan over a low flame for about 10 minutes. Then we add the aubergine and fry for about another 5 minutes.
  4. Then add the tomato (best chopped up). Season with salt and pepper and then cook for about 20 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, let’s boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Then we scare them off, let them cool down a little and then peel them.
  6. We then cut the eggs in half and mix the yolks with our fried vegetables. After that, we fill the eggs with the vegetable mixture.
  7. Then place the eggs on a baking sheet, bathe them in bechamel sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  8. Then we bake them in the oven for 10 minutes. Then set the oven to grilling and bake for another 5 minutes.
  9. Serve the treats with crispy toasted bread.

4. Stuffed eggs with guacamole

ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Juice of two limes
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 clove of garlic (5 gr)
  • 1 spoon of coriander (15 gr)
  • Salt and black pepper

preparation

  1. First, boil the eggs in water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Then open the avocados and remove the stone. Then take the pulp out with a spoon and transfer it to a bowl.
  3. Then add the lime juice to avoid discoloration.
  4. Then add the boiled egg yolks and the finely chopped tomatoes, onions and clove of garlic.
  5. Now stir everything well until you get a uniform filling for the eggs.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cut the eggs in half and fill them with the guacamole.
  8. Serve them with nachos and sour cream.
