  • Carrying a light also means knowing how to build reciprocity. We know ourselves and empathize with others. In this way we understand their worries and rejoice with them in happy times. And we never hesitate to help or serve those who need us. This happens because all of this is part of our identity and enriches us.

Implementing these three points undoubtedly takes time and a resilient inner balance. Sometimes life gets in the way, perhaps in the form of traumatic family relationships, toxic relationships, or illness. All of these things create shadows in our hearts.

Believe it or not, no one is born with an inner light. Light, well-being and happiness are things that have to be worked on every day. To do this, it must be clear to us that we can and should have hopes and dreams and that we deserve to smile again and emerge stronger from adversity.

Protect yourself from those who want to extinguish your light

There are people who, with their negativity, let the light of others go out. In addition, they make us believe that we are not able to achieve our goals or that we may not even deserve them.

When we don’t have healthy self-esteem, we are far more sensitive to such people, especially when they are people who matter to us.

The people you care about are the ones who make you happy too, from whom you can learn. They are your vitamins against the people out of the dark who want to turn off your light.

Keep your sense of humor

Life is happiness and happiness is above all joy. There is no more effective weapon than a healthy sense of humor: make people happy and remove any target from those who want to bring darkness into your life.

It is often said that only intelligent people are able to develop a good sense of humor. Implement this in your everyday life, release tension, brighten your day with a smile and defeat those who want to darken it.

So we have to accept that in this life we ​​not only get to know people who come out of the dark, but that we also have to partially tolerate them in our immediate surroundings. That is why we cannot change them or force them to see the world with our eyes.
